01 / Context
OJT monitoring depended on slow, manual handoffs.
Students, coordinators, and training agencies each needed different information, yet progress tracking and documentation often moved through disconnected manual processes.
That created delayed feedback, lost context, and limited visibility into whether requirements were actually being completed.
02 / System design
Give every role one clear place to work.
I designed and implemented role-based dashboards, authentication, trainee profiles, document workflows, and progress views around the needs of each participant.
- 01Performance and weekly-report tracking
- 02Submission, review, and approval workflows
- 03Separate views for students, coordinators, and agencies

03 / Reflection
A stronger lesson in designing permissions and workflows.
The evaluation build made the complexity of role-based access tangible: simplifying one view can easily create ambiguity somewhere else. The project strengthened my approach to information architecture, access rules, and iterative testing.
